I am writing to inform you that Mark Findlay has resigned from his role as the leader of Propulsion Systems and Electronics (PSE).

We understand this news may feel unsettling, to ensure continuity and a smooth transition, Jason Allen will assume the role with immediate effect and will work with the leadership teams to maintain business stability. This being my Direct Report change, it is subject to Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) approval.

Further details will be shared by the end of January 2026, when we will also announce the leader for Business and IT systems.
