Further to my earlier communication at the beginning of January regarding our leadership transition, I would like to share additional updates on key organizational changes and movements across the business.
On our continuous drive to build an efficient and effective structure for our company, we will adjust and improve as part of our ongoing transformation journey. These changes are intended to strengthen alignment, clarify responsibilities, and position the organization to respond more effectively to the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Propulsion Systems & Electronics (PSE)
Jason Allan has formally begun taking over responsibilities and is transitioning from Mark Findlay, Mark Findlay who has been leading the Propulsion Systems & Electronics (PSE) Business Unit. Mark Findlay has decided to move on from his role.
I would like to sincerely thank Mark for his valuable contributions, leadership, and commitment to the organization. His efforts have helped strengthen our business and support the journey we are on today. We appreciate his support during the transition and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.
Finance Function
Raghunath Parthasarathy has decided to pursue an entrepreneurial journey of his own and, owing to this decision, he will be moving on from his role as Chief Financial Officer. We sincerely thank Raghu for his leadership, commitment, significant contributions, and dedication to the company and wish him every success ahead.
We are pleased to welcome Pandi N as the incoming Chief Financial Officer of Hinduja Tech, effective February 2025. Prior to joining us, Pandi served as Vice President – Finance at Ashok Leyland and brings over 34 years of which one of his experience across Corporate Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, Legal, and Secretarial functions. Pandi has started taking over responsibilities and is transitioning from Raghu. In addition to the CFO role, Pandi will also be the functional head responsible for Business & IT Systems (BITS) globally. We extend a warm welcome to Pandi and wish him great success in his new role with the Hinduja Tech family.
Business Systems and Global IT
James Mitchell will be taking the responsibility for Business Systems as Head of Global Business Systems following his 8 years of designing and developing DBSS (Project Management systems). This new role will lead the charge in establishing a path to move us forward by optimizing and integrating our systems to enable all of us to work efficiently and collaboratively as One HT.
Krish (Krishnamurthy Chandrasekar) will have similar responsibility to lead Information Technology (IT) globally as Head of Global IT.
Both James and Krish will handle their responsibility across all three entities and their respective roles will now report into Pandi N effectively immediately.
Vehicle Engineering & Development (VED)
Global CAE and Germany Leadership
Torben Birker, currently Managing Director of TECOSIM Germany GmbH, will transition from his role and, effective 1st February 2025, assume the position of Global Head of CAE. In this role, he will be responsible for shaping and strengthening the global CAE offering across the Hinduja Tech Group, with a strong focus on technical excellence, consistent delivery quality, and customer satisfaction, while fostering best-practice sharing and capability development across regions. On an interim basis, he will also continue to oversee certain support functions such as HR, Quality, and Information Security for TECOSIM Germany until these are transitioned to their respective global functional heads.
Henry Kohlstruck has been appointed as Managing Director for TECOSIM GmbH Germany, effective 1st February 2025, and he will also be responsible for regional sales. He is an experienced leader in the engineering services industry, bringing profound sector knowledge shaped by several senior executive roles operating at the intersection of engineering, testing, and advanced mobility solutions. Henry is known for a leadership style that combines strategic clarity with operational pragmatism, people-oriented, collaborative, and strongly focused on building high-performance teams in complex technological environments. We thank Torben for his continued commitment and leadership and wish him success in his expanded global responsibilities. Wishing Torben and Henry every success in their new roles and the very best as they take on these important responsibilities.
Shyam Kumar, in addition to his role of Director of Teccom India, will also be taking over Sales responsibilities with a focus on global sales for Manufacturing Engineering Offering, along with his team (Joyston D’Souza and Stephen Hall) as we see this area as growing and increasingly strategic part of our business, it requires dedicated focus, strengthened engagement, and clear leadership attention going forward. In this role, he will continue to report to Faiz Ahmad.
These transitions are part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership continuity, enhance functional alignment, and support the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

We welcome Pandi to the Hinduja world and wish him continued success in his new role with the Hinduja family.

Torben Birker, currently sharing his direction of Global CAE across the Group, will continue with his direction but will also be responsible for shaping and strengthening the engineering organisation internally with best-practice sharing and capability development across regions. He will continue to provide necessary support to their respective functional leads.
Henry Kohlstruck will be joining us as Managing Director for HT Gmbh (effective 1st February 2026) and he will also be responsible for regional experiences, leadership in the engineering area, sharing sector knowledge shaped by several senior executive roles, operating managing engineering testing, and connected mobility solutions. Henry will bring into operational management a business-like, pragmatic, and transformation focused to on building his team to meet complex technological advancements. We thank Torben for his continued commitment and leadership and wish him success in his expanded responsibilities as we welcome Henry and every success in their new roles and the best as they take on these increased responsibilities.
Shyam Kumar in his role as a Head of Operations – India will also be responsible for regional experiences, leadership in the engineering area, managing engineering testing, along with his team based in US. We are excited as we see the areas as growing and increasingly attractive part of our business, requiring our increased focus.
These transitions are part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership, continue functional alignment, and support the company’s strategic growth plans.
