Together, we now have a strong global footprint and significant technological prowess; coupled with our ongoing transformation. we are well-positioned to lead the mobility industry in engineering a greener future.

Our vision remains steadfast: To be among the Top 10 Global Mobility Engineering and R&D Services Companies. This vision is rooted in our core purpose: Creating Sustainable Mobility.
Our Focus areas:
To realize our vision and deliver our purpose, we’ve built a focused organisational structure with dedicated Offerings and Regional Business Units to ensure efficient execution.
- Offering: Responsible for the offering strategy and PBL of the offering. Our six key offerings to the market are Powertrain (PT), Body Engineering (BE), Virtual Validation (V), Vehicle Integration (VI), Embedded Electronics (EE), and Digital Technologies (DT).
- Region: Responsible for regional strategy and business across offerings. Our four targeted geographies are the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and Imp.
We have identified the following four focus areas that are strategically important to realize our vision.
- Diversification: Expanding our footprint beyond automotive into sectors like off-highway, aerospace, marine, defence, mining and energy.
- Offering Maturity: Elevating our core offerings to industry-leading standards through continuous innovation and technological advancements.
- Differentiated Global Delivery Model: Leveraging our global presence to deliver exceptional value, combining the best of local expertise and global scale.
- Customer and Employee Satisfaction: Prioritizing customer delight through superior solutions and services, while fostering a positive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
Organisational Structure and Leadership:
To effectively execute our strategy, we’ve established the following organisational structure:
Offerings:
The following five offerings will be led globally by Md. Faiz Ahmad, reporting to Kumar Prabhas, CEO.
- Body Engineering: Led globally by Kishor Anandrao Thakare
- Vehicle Integration: Led globally by Mahendra Pardeshi
- Embedded Electronics: Led globally by Dr. M.Vasudevan
- Digital Technology Services: Led globally by Prashant Nirmale
- Virtual Validation: Led globally by Shyam Kumar
The powertrain offering will be led globally by Mark Findlay, reporting to Kumar Prabhas, CEO
- Global Powertrain Sales: Led by Lee Sykes
- Powertrain technology leadership: Led by David Kelly
- Powertrain US: Led by Jon Brentnall
- Powertrain UK: Led by Jason Allen
- ICE sub-offering: Led globally by Steve Hunton
The above powertrain leadership team will report to Mark Findlay.
Regions:
- Americas Led by Vijay Malik
- APAC: Led by Lee Sykes
- EMEA: Led by Shankar Venkatraman
- India: Led by Sanjay Patil
These regional heads will continue reporting to Kumar Prabhas, CEO.
Enabling Functions:
- Human Resources: Led by Antony Praveen
- Finance: Led by Raghunath Parthasarathy
- Global Marketing and Communication: Led by Shankar Venkatraman
- Special Projects Including Tecosim+HT integration: Led by Udo Jankowski
The leadership team of the enabling functions will report to Kumar Prabhas, CEO.
Sub-Regional Leadership:
- DACH Region: Torben Birker, will assume responsibility for this sub- region reporting to Shankar Venkatraman
- UK and Romania: Stuart Hawker, will be responsible for this sub-region reporting to Shankar Venkatraman
- Americas: Dermott Carr, reporting to Vijay Malik
Yukiyoshi Taguchi will now assume the role of Regional Delivery Head, part of the Virtual Validation offering, reporting to Shyam Kumar.
