TECOSIM Group a renowned German engineering company, shares our passion for a greener future. Their expertise in virtual validation, design, and testing within the automotive, energy, and industrial sectors enhances our existing capability.

This strategic acquisition aligns with our vision to be a Top 10 Global Mobility Engineering & R&D Services Company, further driving our “Creating Sustainable Mobility” purpose. Our focus on 6 key offerings (Powertrain, Vehicle Integration, Virtual Validation, Body Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, and Digital Technologies) across 4 regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, India) will be further strengthened by TECOSIM.

In line with our M&A strategy “SPEED”, TECOSIM brings in scale and proximity, allowing us to better serve customers globally. TECOSIM boosts our scalability, providing acceleration to our growth through access to new marquee customers and enhancing our capability and capacity for Virtual Validation and Body Engineering to deliver best-in-class solutions. Additionally, their established on-shore delivery centres in Germany and the UK; near-shore centres in Romania, and offshore delivery centres in Bengaluru bolster our global delivery footprint.

The acquisition is expected to close in the coming months, pending approvals. Until then, please refrain from external discussions with business partners.
