What is the purpose of this intranet?

This intranet serves as a central hub for information, tools, and resources to help you stay informed, connected, and productive at Hinduja Tech.

We strive to keep the intranet updated regularly. Check back frequently for the latest news, announcements, and resources.

Please use the “Engage” section to share your ideas for stories and improvements with the Corporate Communications team.

You are provided access to various parts of the intranet based on your role. If you  have issues in accessing content to which you have rights, contact the IT support team through the Ticketing System linked in the “Business Systems” section.

The “News” section features a carousel with all the latest happenings in the organization, including important announcements.

Yes! Please use the “Engage” section to share your ideas with the Corporate Communications team.

The “CEO Blogs” section contains all communications from the CEO.

The “Organization Chart” section provides a visual representation of the team structure, illustrating roles, hierarchies, and reporting lines.

Please contact [HR contact person/email] with any corrections or updates to the organization chart.

The “Strategy” section houses documents related to our corporate, regional, and offering strategies.

Access to strategy documents is controlled based on your role:

      • Corporate Strategy: BLT (Business Leadership Team)
      • Regional Strategy: BLT and Regional Leadership Team
      • Offering Strategy: BLT and Offering Leadership Team
      • Market Intelligence and RASCI: All employees

RASCI is a matrix that defines roles and responsibilities for different processes. It will be uploaded in the “Strategy” section.

Market Intelligence reports are stored within the “Strategy” section.

The “Newsletter” section contains the latest newsletters from both organizations.

The “Townhall Meetings” section will contain recordings, presentations, and key takeaways from past townhall meetings. Note: This section is currently being populated.

The “Business Systems” section provides a gateway to all HT tools, such as IDEAL, PRIME, ESS Payroll, KRA, Hinduja Tech Academy, Ticketing System, Salesforce, and FAST.

Yes, we are working on mapping DSD and Tecosim tools to this section.

The “Offerings” section provides a gateway to the SharePoint site for each offering, where you can find monthly review presentations, project status reports, weekly reports, project closure reports, etc.

Access is restricted to the respective offering teams and the ELT (Executive Leadership Team).

The “Regions” section provides a gateway to the SharePoint site for each region, where you can find monthly review presentations, weekly reports, etc.

Access is restricted to the respective regional teams and the ELT.

The “Functions” section provides a gateway to the SharePoint site for each function. Currently, sites have been created for HR, Marketing and Finance and Business Operations

The “Events” section contains information on all the shows that we are participating in.

The “Media Centre” section contains all issued press releases starting from FY’25.

The “Engage” section is a listening tool where all employees can ask questions and share ideas for stories with the Corporate Communications team.
